The Foundation awards grants for the purpose of health improvement, health promotion, and health education. Grants are to impact the lives of North Clark County, Indiana residents that is those residents outside of Jeffersonville, Clarksville and Utica Township.
The Grants, Partnership, and Program Development Committee convene quarterly to review proposals and progress of currently funded activities. Matching funds applications are welcomed and encouraged. Recipients agree to provide progress reports as outlined. Recipients are asked to acknowledge the Foundation’s contribution on their website and program-related publications.

Good standing with the Foundation and the Indiana Secretary of State |
The Foundation does not fund individuals, previously funded organizations that failed to provide reports or acknowledgment of the Foundation’s contribution, organizations that have filed bankruptcy or who submit incomplete applications.
Grantees who fail to follow the reporting requirement will fall out of favor with the Foundation and will not be eligible for Foundation support for a minimum of two years.
